I think it's sad that I have to present information from my last known address in order to update my new address. Unfortunately, I don't have that information.
Even though I made Kickoff aware of my situation, not even the supervisor could override the matter for me. Because I was told that it's based on the computer rather than a human having control! Now, don't get me wrong, I like Kickoff and it has helped me establish healthy credit, which is something I've never had in my life! But to not be able to manually change an address from previous to present is not ethical.
But it's okay. Because I'm pretty sure there are more credit builder sites I am able to subscribe to and, without any inconvenience, apply my new address, which may provide better authentication if I ever move again.

I canceled and I'm getting a bill

I canceled the subscription service when they told me 70 dollars, and they had not done anything to help my credit. I've not seen any visa with their name on it, and how is that supposed to help when I never received a credit card to build my credit score without a bank card?

What do they want? How can you not have access to prior utility bills, mortgage/rent payments, credit card statements, driver license or prior pay stubs?
Like I said I don’t have any information to the old address because I was just staying there and when I created the kickoff account. However I never had anything coming to that address. If I would’ve knew I would’ve used the current address I reside at now.
Then you lose and created your own chaos. If you are going to sign up for credit building services, you need to register the address that’s on any legal identifying databases (driver license, banking institution and state/federal tax returns). Not the address of the person’s couch you were sleeping on.
